You agree to pay all charges that accrue to your account through your use or the use of those authorized by you.
Credits and Internal Currency
Credits (Herein after referred to as the "Credits", "Gold", "Bucks", or "Internal currency") may be obtained either free-of charge or by purchasing a pack of Credits. All such Credits may be only redeemed for Additional Content in connection with the Game. When the User redeems certain Credits for Additional Content, holyrascals.net grants the User with a personal, non-commercial, limited license to use such Additional Content only within the Game.
Payment
You may choose the means of payment from various payment solutions available to you on the "Bank" page of the Game. You must provide holyrascals.net with accurate, complete and up-to-date invoicing information, including a valid credit card number and expiry date or other information according to the means of payment chosen.
If you choose to pay your Credit Pack using a credit card and your payment is accepted, your credit card will be debited of the amount corresponding to the Subscription and/or Credit Pack chosen and displayed on the payment page.
No monetary value of the Credits
Notwithstanding any provision contained herein, whatever the terminology used, Points System, Additional Content, Credits, Virtual Currency have no monetary value and may in no case be exchanged or redeemed for "real" currency or in any other way exchanged in kind. You may not sell or transfer Additional Content, Credits, Virtual Currency, Gold, Bucks by any means nor buy such Additional Content, Credits and Virtual Currency for any purposes other than their use in the Game.
Refund Policy
holyrascals.net does not provide cash refunds. In some cases we can provide credits (virual currency) to resolve customer service issues. The billing system used by our authorized sales agents provides extensive credit card fraud protection measures and our site includes many features to protect users from accidental charges. Therefore, refunds to your credit card will be provided only under the rarest of circumstances such as persistent technical problems originating with our equipment.
Cancellation or suspension
holyrascals.net may, at its own discretion and without any prior notice, cancel or suspend your access to the Credits, in the event you do not comply with each of Terms and Conditions herein.
